Clint sold us a villa close to 2 years ago. We were only meant to drive up from Sydney and have a look around...we saw some properties with other agents then we went to the villa that Clint was at. He had all the answers...how could we say no to him? He knew the area so well and knew and educated us on our soon to be investment. We left the property....Within an hour Clint worked his magic and we were signing the contract that day and what a great little investment it is.

Clint was the best agent to go with...it was close to Christmas so our expectations were low in finding a buyer but Clint didn’t stop through the Christmas break even though the office was closed and before we knew it he had done it again..Mum made $202,000 in 5 years...yes we were happy with the amount he had told us and still he pushed as much as he could for us to the end and pulled another $2,000 for us....total champion.

The first property I bought, I worked on and developed and I contacted Ron Coleman and other agents to help me flip it. The other agents were garbage. They read from a script, and lacked any flair. Ron, he was as passionate as I was about the place. So I chose him. And despite all the other agents telling me what they thought it was worth. Ron found buyers who paid so much more, and what I expected I would get. I don’t like giving references and kudos. I don’t. But Coleman is a good guy. A genuine and stand up guy. I wouldn’t sell another property without him as my agent and my friend.
